Urban nocturnal landscape painting of Quo Vadis restaurant and bar, Dean Street Soho.

One warm June evening, Mark was stood outside The French House at the bottom of Dean Street enjoying a drink. Suddenly, a distant roll of thunder signalled an incoming storm, and as the sky darkened, Mark could see the twin Quo Vadis signs glow in the distance further up Dean Street. This painting commemorates the atmosphere of that night in Soho, when the weather was electric and the streets buzzing.

Oil on canvas board - 16” × 12”

Signed, and stamped on the rear of the canvas with the artist’s stamp and provided with a certificate of authenticity as the original piece of art.
