Cornish Pasty

Being a proud Cornishman, Mark was inspired to paint a pasty in honour of his grandparents and mother who lovingly made ‘oggys’ for him and his family during his upbringing in the South West.

There is no compromise in the ingredients of a pasty, four simple ingredients, beef skirt, potato, onion and turnip (swede), seasoned with salt and pepper and encased in pastry and crimped to the side. Nothing more, nothing less…..and NO carrots!
