1970 - Based on a pair of boots worn by Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin.

1971 - As worn by Marc Bolan.

1972 - David Bowie’s red boots with green laces worn on The Old Grey Whistle Test.

1973 - Dave Hill of Slade.

1974 - A pair of brothel creepers as worn by Showaddywaddy.

1975 - A pair of Solatio shoes worn by Northern Soul dancers.

1976 - A pair of Converse High Tops worn by the Ramones.

1977 - Joe Strummer of The Clash in a pair of Doc Martens.

1978 - Paul Weller in a pair of bowling shoes.

1979 - Jerry Dammers wearing a pair of Loake Brighton tassel loafers.

Hand painted in watercolour and ink on high quality cold pressed Italian made paper. Part of a humorous series of footwear art by Mark looking at popstar shoes from the 1970’s.
