Post Office Tower

Abstract modernist interpretation of London's iconic Post Office Tower, built and constructed in the early 1960’s.

Having grown up with the Post Office Tower being a modern symbol of London, and later living within half a mile of it in the 1980's, Mark has always been fascinated with the iconic landmark and wanted to reflect its ‘space-age’ design by painting it in a modernist style.

Acrylic on stretched canvas 23.5” × 16.5”

The painting is signed on the front and stamped on the rear of the canvas with the artist’s stamp and provided with a certificate of authenticity as the original piece of art.
